
Ana Dutra is a Global, Veteran Board Director, 2X CEO, and Fortune 250 C-Level Executive who advises public, private, PE and family-owned company boards. She leverages 30+ years of strategic governance and P&L experience building multi-billion-dollar businesses organically and via M&A, advancing Technology/Digital and Cybersecurity practices, guiding sustainability strategies and identifying and mitigating enterprise risk.
As the first Latina and person of color on many boards, Ana is respected and trusted among board colleagues and management not only for her operational leadership across 25+ countries in public/Fortune 250 companies as CEO and Senior Executive, but also for her board service on 8 public/12+ private, PE or family-owned boards.
Ana currently serves on the board of leading energy transportation service provider, Pembina Pipeline, where she provides Corporate Strategy/ M&A, Cybersecurity, Climate, Digital, and Human Capital expertise. She also serves on the board of Carparts.com, where she is co-chairing the company鈥檚 turnaround and transformation.
Earlier, as CEO, Global Operating Committee Member and Proxy Officer of Korn Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), Ana grew the business to $1+ Billion in revenue, scaling it 1,500+ FTEs in 25+ countries. She established the industry鈥檚 largest, fastest-growing services and technology business organically and via 8 global M&As while leading the Global Board Effectiveness Practice. Ana introduced innovation, digitizing the Products business, building e-commerce, and digital/social media tech.
She was also the CEO of The Executives鈥 Club of Chicago, a Global Senior Managing Partner and P&L Leader at Accenture, IBM, CSC, and Marsh & McLennan. Ana is a sought-after speaker featured in Harvard Business Review online, Forbes, WSJ, Chief Executive Magazine, Financial Times and was the guest editor of the Best of the Boardroom issue of Hispanic Executive magazine.
Ana has a Masters in Economics, a Law Degree, and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management - Northwestern University. She started her career as a Professor of Economics and Finance in Brazil. She is currently a faculty member of National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and the Co-Program Director for the University of Chicago Booth Private Company Executive Education Program.
Ana is the proud mother of 3 daughters and is an avid yoga practitioner, triathlete and tennis player. She lives in Florida with her husband and their rescue dogs.
