Campus interviews with students in the Master in Management Program and the Asness and Liew Master in Finance Program are available when you are ready to hire.

Scheduling campus interviews is handled through for our specialized masters programs. Here's how to get started.
First, let us know that you’d like to recruit at Booth. To submit your request, , our campus recruiting portal, and find the Recruiting Requests tab. From there, you can specify whether you want to interview candidates for internships or full-time jobs, as well as designate your scheduling preferences. Please note, the Master in Management Program does not have an internship.

To let students know about the position you’re looking to fill, , find the Campus Interviews tab, and enter your job description. Please include details such as application procedures and your work authorization preferences.
Once your application deadline has passed, you can to review the applications for your position. Identify which applicants you'd like to interview, and submit your invitation list in 12twenty through the Invite List tab under Campus Interviews. We recommend that you also submit a list of alternate candidates in case not all of the students on your list accept your invitation.
Your preliminary schedule will be posted in 12twenty at least a week before your interview date, and the final schedule and resumes will be available two business days in advance. to access schedules.
If you would like to invite selected candidates back for a second round of interviews, please give students at least three days notice and at least two date options. We also strongly encourage you to host second-round interviews in Chicago or virtually if at all possible to support our students in balancing their academic, recruiting, and personal commitments.
Ready to hire a Booth student? Please review our Master in Management recruiting policies or our Master in Finance recruiting policies relating to job offers. We also ask that you tell us about the offers your company has made to Booth students so that they may be included in the next issue of our online employment report.
Our complimentary job posting service is available year-round through 12twenty. Companies can post open positions to this database, which can only be viewed by students in Booth's specialized masters programs.
